2018 Winter Service Contract
2018 Seasonal Pool Service Rates


PAYMENTS: All customers must sign contracts for service. All customers must provide a valid credit card number and authorization to charge same card for service provided. All payments are due in full upon completion of service and credit cards will be run at that time. If you wish to pay with check or cash, you must provide payment on or before the date of service, or make prior arrangements with our office.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, checks or cash are accepted. A $37.00 fee will be imposed on any returned checks or charge backs. Contracts will be necessary on replacement of equipment, renovations, and rehabs, with a required deposit.

SERVICE CHARGE: A charge of 1.5% will be applied to all balances over 30days old.

WARRANTY: All warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers. Windsor Pool Shop does not express or imply any warranty on any product sold. We expressly disclaim liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use any item sold by us.

SAFETY: Any faulty or unsafe equipment will be brought to the customer’s attention and will not be serviced or installed until the required corrective measures are taken.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All special ordered merchandise will require payment at the time of order and may not be returned for refund.

COMPLAINTS: While every effort will be made to complete your work as efficient and professionally as possible, there are those occasions when there is some dissatisfaction. We request you call and let us know immediately so corrective measures can be taken.

DELIVERIES: Deliveries are gladly made without charge within a 15-mile radius and a minimum $25.00 purchase.
